Answers to the questions we get most often about ordering parts, warranty, partnership terms and technical support. If yours isn’t here, call our sales team.
Shops and wholesale customers place orders in the order panel on this site (in Persian) or by phone with the sales department. In the panel you find a part by name or technical code, set the quantity in boxes and send the order; the sales department reviews it and calls you if anything needs confirming. For a single part, buy Monavari parts from an auto-electrical parts shop.
Twelve months. The warranty starts the moment you text the code on the warranty card to 30008384; a part whose warranty code was never registered has no warranty. Breakage and impact damage, contact with or ingress of chemicals, incorrect installation and repair by anyone else are not covered.
Scratch off the cover on the warranty card inside the box and text the warranty code beneath it to 30008384. The confirmation SMS means the part is genuine, and its 12-month warranty starts at that moment. Each code is valid for one part only.
Each part’s name says which vehicle or engine it is made for — for example “Peugeot 405 starter” or “Khavar 24V starter solenoid”. Search the site for your vehicle or the part’s technical code. If you are not sure, send us the technical code of the old part or your vehicle model through the form on the contact page, or call the sales department.
Call the sales department or send a message through the form on the contact page, with the name of your shop or company and your city. Prices are not published on the site; the sales department will discuss prices and terms with you and, once agreed, open an order-panel account for you.
Order-panel accounts are opened by the Monavari sales department; there is no online sign-up. Sign in with the username and password the sales department gave you, or choose the one-time-code option to have a sign-in code texted to the mobile number on your account. If you have forgotten your password or have no account, call the sales department.
We make starters, solenoids, drive pinions, armatures, bushings and housings, brush holders, gearboxes and shafts, aluminium parts, and alternators with their parts — for passenger cars as well as trucks and buses (Scania, Volvo, Iveco, Khavar, Atego and Axor), tractors (Ferguson, John Deere and Goldoni), Perkins and Deutz diesel engines, and forklifts.
Return the part with its warranty card to the shop you bought it from. After inspection, the part is replaced or repaired. For more help, contact our after-sales department.
Passenger and light vehicles normally run 12V systems, while many trucks, buses and heavy machines run 24V. A part’s voltage is given in its name or technical specifications. Fitting a part of the wrong voltage damages the winding, and as incorrect installation it is not covered by the warranty.
The full range is in the Products section of this site, with each part’s technical code and photo; search by name, code or vehicle model. To request a catalogue, email info@monavari.com.
Every order you have sent is listed under “My orders” in the order panel. A sent order cannot be edited; to change it, call the sales department.
Text the serial number on the warranty card, prefixed with MB and no space — for example MB123456 — to 30008384, and the warranty end date is sent back to you.
Every warranty code registered by SMS earns one entry in Monavari’s periodic prize draw. The winners of each round are published on the warranty-card winners page of this site.
Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality-management system. Starters are verified to ISO 8856:2014 and alternators to ISO 8854:2012, and starters carry the Iranian national standard mark (ISIRI 4144). The factory laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by the National Accreditation Centre of Iran (NACI) for starter-motor testing, and every part is checked at the end of the line on a fully automatic test rig. The certificates are shown on the About and Laboratory pages.
