Monavari Brothers Industrial Group has manufactured starters, alternators and automotive electrical parts for light and heavy-duty vehicles since 1981 (1360), continuously pursuing improvement and distinction.
Its commitment to customer satisfaction led the group to obtain its first ISO 9002 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality-management certificates for starter and alternator production. Today its production is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 quality-management standard, and its starters and alternators are verified to ISO 8856:2014 and ISO 8854:2012 respectively.

Monavari Bros. Industrial Group's main strategy is customer-focused management and customer satisfaction. Its starter and alternator production is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and holds ISIRI 4144. Its products are verified against ISO 8856:2014 for starters and ISO 8854:2012 for alternators. In line with the company's quality policy and within its quality management system, the Quality Control department gives production a reliable foundation for high-quality products. With advanced testing equipment, statistical techniques and experienced specialists, the department oversees quality from the very first stage until the product reaches the customer. This work starts with purchasing. Every purchase that affects product or equipment quality is made under the department's supervision, and suppliers are evaluated on the same basis. All production processes, from pressing, machining and welding to winding and assembly, are then inspected according to each product's control plan and inspection instructions. This way, any deviation is caught before it reaches the next stage. At the end of the line, every product is fully tested by D&V Electronics (Canada) test bench. Approved units are then coded, packaged and sent to the warehouse for shipment to customers.
